The Loyola School (TLS) is a preschool and elementary school focused on early childhood education, rooted in a Catholic Jesuit tradition of personal care, learning, and spiritual growth. TLS addresses the holistic development of children: physical, emotional, cognitive, creative, social, behavioral and spiritual.
The Giving and Engagement Manager is an integral part of the development and organizational operations of the Development Office. The Giving and Engagement Manager will be responsible for gift administration, stewardship, events management, and coordinating external communications. The position requires an elevated level of professionalism and courtesy in collaborating with donors and prospects, a meticulous approach to gift entry, excellent written communication skills, and strong organization and project management skills.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include: assist donors with all inquiries in a pleasant and professional manner; process donations; project manage and coordinate stewardship programs; and assist and project manage special and fundraiser events.
Typical workday 9 am – 5 pm. Evening and weekend activities and events may be required 6-8 times per year.
